Left-TwoRight, Inc. (“L2R”) respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use L2R’s DoGoNow™ Software and Services ("L2R Services").  Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").  We do not use or approve of spyware or ad-ware.

L2R and Cookies

Upon your first visit to an L2R web site, L2R may send a "cookie" to your computer.  A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user.  L2R uses cookies to improve the quality of our service and to understand our user base more.  L2R does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how and what people search.  L2R will not disclose its cookies to third parties except as required by a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies.  You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.  Be aware, however, that some parts of the L2R Services may not function properly if you refuse cookies.

What Information Do We Collect?

L2R does not collect any “personal” information about you (such as your name, email address, postal address, etc.).  L2R notes and saves information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, the referring IP (“Internet Protocol”) address, the IP address of the computer you are using, and the IP destination address for links you choose to visit, but only as anonymous information, not personally identifiable information.  That “anonymous” information is used to verify our records and to provide more relevant services to users.  For example, L2R may use information about the site you selected to visit to determine which types of sites are most popular to our visitors.

L2R’s Web sites and Software are spy-ware and ad-ware free.  Our purpose is to make it easier for you to visit the sites you want to visit faster and easier than was ever thought possible before.  Spy-ware and ad-ware slow down your searching and surfing and are contrary to our policies.  L2R does not provide you with “pop-up” advertisements, also called “contextual marketing” ads, while you are on our sites or any other Web site.  L2R does not collect or report information about your activity on websites other than L2R’s websites.  L2R’s DoGoNow™ software may include software that allows us to distribute updates and fixes, but such updates will only occur upon prior notice to you, except for the limited case where notice is not possible due to technical problems or an emergency that requires us to update the application to maintain existing functionality or to comply with the law.  All such updates shall be governed by and made in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the L2R software license agreement.  If you do not want any information about any of your activities to be monitored or do not agree with this Privacy Policy, L2R’s DoGoNow™ software may be uninstalled from your computer at your option.

As stated before, L2R and its DoGoNow™ software does not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, and certainly does not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

With Whom May L2R Share Information?

L2R may share anonymous information about you with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.  However, we only divulge aggregate information about our users and do not collect and will not share any personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent.  For example, we may disclose how frequently the average L2R user visits our sites, how many visitors we have on an average day, what part of the world or country those visitors are from, or which links are most often used.  Please be aware, however, that we will release whatever specific information about you we may have if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.  We may also disclose whatever specific information about you we may have if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Service, our License Agreements, or to protect the safety of our users and the public or under confidentiality agreements with certain third parties which assist us in developing, operating and maintaining L2R and the DoGoNow™ software.

Links to Other Sites

The sites linked to by L2R Services are developed by people over whom L2R exercises no control.  Other links, such as those shown in the DoGoNow™ links, are also on sites not controlled by L2R.  These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information.  Due to the technicalities of the operation of the Internet, we cannot control this collection of information.  As the consumer, you should contact these advertisers or content providers that place information on L2R or link through L2R directly if you have any questions about their use of the information they potentially collect.

L2R may choose to exhibit its links to other sites in the form of a "URL redirecter."  When L2R uses a URL redirecter, if you click on a URL, information about the click is sent to L2R, and L2R in turn sends you to the site you clicked on.  L2R uses this URL information to understand and improve the quality of L2R Services and Software.  For instance, L2R uses this information to determine how often users link to particular sites based upon the relative placement of those links.

Security Procedures and Your Information

                L2R operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems.  Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to any information relating to our users.  L2R takes steps to ensure that any information regarding its users is treated securely and in accordance with our Terms of Service, License Agreements, and this Privacy Policy.  Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect any of your personal information we may have, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you use these services at your own risk.

How you can correct any information

L2R does not collect any personally identifiable information from any of its software users or Web site visitors.  Nevertheless, if you are aware of any information L2R may have that is incorrect, please contact us with your concerns.

Your consent and changes to the Privacy Policy

By using the L2R Services, the DoGoNow™ Software, and/or one or more of our web sites, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this policy and to our Terms of Service Policy.  L2R may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.  When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
